Split, multi split and Variable Refrigerant Volume {VRV) systems have largely replaced the traditional approach of centralised plant room installations. Electric heating and re-circulated chilled and hot water systems have given way in to the economies of the heat pump (reverse cycle) refrigerated systems.


Our service division is also responsible for the provision of routine maintenance services to approximately 150 contract clients. Maintenance is an important and often neglected part of the operation of any plant. Basis maintenance procedures can play a major part in the service reliability and efficiency of any equipment and improve machine safety particularly in commercial air conditioning applications.
